What are the two mail forwarding services included in the Ultimate Package?

Registered Office Mail Forwarding

Your registered office is your company’s official address on the public register and the location where statutory documents can be served. All official government mail (Companies House, HMRC, Government Gateway) will be received at our premises, scanned, and emailed to you free of charge.

Virtual Office Mail Forwarding

This service provides you with a prestigious Central London business address to use with clients and suppliers. All business and personal mail is forwarded directly to you, while junk mail is filtered out so you only receive essential correspondence.

Please note: ID verification is required before mail forwarding can begin and before any mail is dispatched.

Are there any additional postage costs?

Your Ultimate Package includes a £25 postage deposit. Postage and handling fees are deducted from this balance as mail is forwarded. We’ll notify you when your balance is running low so you can top it up easily.

How does VAT registration work?

After purchase, you’ll receive a simple VAT registration template to complete. Our experts will review the information thoroughly and submit your application to HMRC. If any issues arise, we’ll advise you accordingly.

If you expect your turnover to reach £90,000 or more within the next 12 months, VAT registration is legally required. You may also choose to register voluntarily to reclaim VAT from other VAT-registered businesses.

Will my mail be forwarded internationally?

Yes. All mail can be forwarded worldwide.

  • Registered Office mail is scanned and emailed to you free of charge.

  • General business mail is forwarded via the Virtual Office service at Royal Mail’s standard rate plus a small handling fee, deducted from your postage deposit.

We’ll notify you when your deposit needs topping up.

Bound M&A (Memorandum and Articles of Association)

Receive a printed hard copy of your Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A). This document confirms that the subscribers have agreed to form the company under the Companies Act 2006, have committed to becoming members, and will each take at least one share.
