Yes. If you wish to continue using our Registered Office, Officer Service Address, and Confirmation Statement services after the first year, you can renew the package annually. We will email you before your first year ends to confirm.

We prepare and file your company’s Confirmation Statement approximately 2–3 weeks before the due date, pending your approval. You will receive an email notification when it is ready to review.

Printed copies of your incorporation documents will be sent via Royal Mail within 24–48 hours of your company’s incorporation, to the address provided in the "Personal Details" section of your account.
