Can I print the Certificate of Incorporation myself?
Absolutely! You will have access to digital copies of both your Certificate of Incorporation and share certificates through your online admin portal. However, for official use, the certificates must be the original versions printed on Companies House–approved paper, which is what we provide.
When can I start trading with my new company?
Once your company is incorporated with Companies House, you can begin trading whenever you’re ready. If you prefer to keep your company dormant, that’s perfectly fine as well.
For urgent requirements, we offer a Guaranteed Same Day Service, which can be added to your order. If you start trading right away, you must register your company with HMRC for Corporation Tax within three months.
Are there any additional costs with the Basic Package?
